The article dwells on theoretical grounds of formation and development of investitive process in spatial economy. The authors give a survey of investitive process peculiarities in the frames of regional economy. The essence of categories has been studied in the succession: «investments», «stock investments», «investitive process». In authors` opinion, participation of the state in regulation of investitive process is especially necessitated under the conditions of transformational economy. Proceeding from generalization of several existing definitions of investitive process the authors propose a notional apparatus of the given category whose specificity lies in the following items: 1) investitive process in Tajikistan Republic is considered from organizational point of view; 2) the authors` treatment proceeds from the peculiarities of spatially localized economy; 3) the process in question is oriented towards elevation of investititve activeness in the region.
