Legal Nature of Bribery in Kaziy`s Activity: Khanbalite Response to the Issue in Question

Abstract

Proceeding from historic-legal and theoretical analyses, the author explores the issue concerned with the attitude of khanbalite law school towards bribery in the professional activity of a kaziy, he dwells on the essence of ethical rules of judging a kaziy should guide with when incidents of bribery take place in the activities connected with consideration of affairs related to law justice; actualness and importance of Khanbalite law school tenet are disclosed, as the ethics of judging is no less significant for today`s reality when the problem of combat with bribery disease springs up.The author emphasizes that the struggle with this sort of vices is traced back to the historically risen way requiring no merely mechanical perfunctory attitude to it, but needing spiritual, ideological-legal enrichment and consolidation of its foundation either.
