The article dwells on exploration of a participation of parties in case preparation for trail in an arbitrage process of the Russian Federation. The author necessitates an elevation of activeness bound to be shown by litigant parties in preparatory actions. He assesses in the positive a defendant`s obligation to produce a review on a case application and procedures in regard to an exchange with litigant papers. The mechanism of transition from a preliminary court hearing indirectly to a trial is canvassed. Arguments are adduced in favor of enlargement of procedural mechanisms on realization of procedural rights of litigant parties properly at the stage of case preparation for a trial.
