The article dwells on general provisions concerned with crime classification in the sphere of economic activity, the authors elucidate the modern state of the legislation on felony in the sphere of economy advocacy, they expound the scientists` viewpoints in reference to crime classification in the sphere of economic activity. With taking into concideration the commonly acknowledged theoretical grounds and respective of immediate objects the authors suggest a new legislation on felony of Tajikistan Republic. These are the crimes versus entrepreneurship activity and other types of the latter, crimes in the sphere of monetary-crediting and financial activity of the state, crimes versus outward economic activity and tax-custom`s relations, crimes versus a legal order of bankruptcy, crimes versus the interests of commercial enterprises and other organizations.
