The article dwells on some economy factors causing migration of the citizens of Tajikistan along the territory of the republic; the peculiarities of inward and outward migration should be taken into consideration as they require different managerial solutions. Actual issues are elucidated in the article: ways of improvement and regulation of migration in Tajikistan, its goals and measures; streamlines of migrational movement of population with taking into account the formed social-economic situation under modern conditions of market economy. The author proves that one ought to envisage an implementation of a complex of measures aimed at a creation of additional working places and an elevation of living standard in the areas marked with population’s exodus. It is grounded well that the shaped economic situation in Tajikistan demands that the government should find additional sources of development and elaborate new approaches to regulation of migrational streams.
