Mechanisms of Foreign Trade Policy in Regard to the Stimulating of Import Substitution Growth

Designing on the premise of the systemic analysis in reference to the mechanism of outward trade policy‚ the author shows their priorities in regard to the stimulating of import substitution economy growth under the conditions of Tajikistan Republic. The scientific goal of the given article lies in a determination of the streamlines of utilization of the stimulating of the latters in question aimed at application of tariff and non-tariff methods. In reference to it‚ by virtue of utilization of elements referring to empirical analysis the author proves convincingly the priority of tariff and non-tariff methods protection of home manufacturers from the influence of foreign conjuncture. He presupposes that realization of the strategy under consideration through the prism of application of the measures of selective protectionism will promote a solution of such socio-economic problems‚ as undercharge of production capacities‚ diminution of high unemployment level; to lower an exodus of labour resources‚ to cater the needs of national economy subjects in the goods of local production‚ to stimulate home production growth‚ to consolidate international positions of Tajikistan‚ to decrease the degree of import and politico-economic dependence and to ensure an economic security of the country
