The article dwells on the plight of the logistic base of Tajikistan Republic in the period of sovereignty establishment and transition to market. The author considers the problems existing in the given sphere which arose after the collapse of the former system of technical service in regard to the agrarian sector: disproportional distribution of technique between economic units, sharp deterioration of technical equipment in reference to the agrarian sector, affect over yield capacity of crops, reduction of a number of outfits rendering repair services and etc. The author adduces also the results of investigations in country holdings; the reasons of the rise of the problems referring to the branch in question having been analyzed. Proceeding from the experiences of foreign countries, the ways of perfection of technical service system are suggested; the present state of the country`s manufacturing-technical potential being taken into account.
