Small and Medium Entrepreneurship: Problems of Development and their Solution

Abstract

In general context the problem of modern reformation of the Tajik economy plays an important role in the process of formation of small and medium entrepreneurship. The most various enterprises are created by certain citizens‚ state bodies and various social organizations. The sphere of the activities of enterprisings is not limited practically. The author determines the role and importance of small and medium enterprises‚ functioning in the competitive environment and being of great significance in reference to the increase of a volume of production‚ extension of the assortment of goods and services‚ elevation of production`s quality. It is established that for today`s Tajikistan development and formation of small and medium enterprises acquire exclusive actualness and are one of the most perspective streamlines of market transformation in Tajikistan. The author marks the leading role of mass media assigned to form a favourable psychological atmosphere in certain segments of society related to entrepreneurship
