The article dwells on the concept of the formation of a new system of technical monitoring with taking into consideration the specifities of agriculture in the regions of Tajikistan Republic. The concept includes a creation of zonal MTS (machine-tractor stations) on the basis of agricultural outfits that plays an important role in effectuation of different jobs referring to agricultural production. Hereby, it is expedient to take into account a creation of material, energetic and human resources of that outfit where a zonal base of technical service is planned. Under modern conditions units of exchange with machines and spare parts, development of leasing in regard to engineering are of great importance. It would be expedient to create dealers` firms jointly with supplying enterprises and machine-building plants of the countries manufacturing agricultural technique; the initiative being bound to encompass different regions of Tajikistan. Realization of the new conception in practice may promote a formation of effective system of technical service in agriculture.
