In his article the author discloses general and peculiar characteristics of political communication development in sovereign states of Central Asia and also the principal factors determining the state of political communication and the regularities of its politico-legal parametres. He expounds viewpoints of the researchers of democratization in new sovereign states and the media-landscape of this process accompanying the process of political communication.
