The given work is targeted at an exploration of social-economic contents and determination of labour market infrastructure development in transformational economy of Tajikistan. In the plane of an achievement of the goal set the author made an endeavour to solve the problems concerned with elicitation of the latters in regard to labour market infrastructure‚ its growth and ways of improvement‚ at the current stage of development. She has analyzed different theoretical-practical approaches towards an interpretation of the essence of the notion «labour market infrastructure in modern literature on economics. Among them role and influence of statal service of population employment in the system of infrastructure are researched especially. The author considers the prerequisits of labour market infrastructure formation as well. Proceeding from the analysis of some elements of labour market infrastructure she elicited strategic bearings in the aspect of a formation of separate structures which serve to labour market in the transitive economy of Tajikistan.
