The authors canvass the scenarios of the economy development of Tajikistan Republic in the frames of elevation of competitiveness and influence over other sectors by the way of analyses of economic feasibility concerned with application of cluster approach in rational utilization of water resources. Alongside with it they propose a calculation of effectiveness of water cluster components functioning; its methods of counting the indices of effectiveness in all cluster branches is aimed at the period for the years 2015 – 2025. The development of the components of the water cluster being in the process of creation has been analyzed as well; problems and reserves for economy development being elicited.
According to the authors` calculation the strategy suggested by them fully responds to the laws of market relations and can be applied under the conditions of Tajikistan Republic with great probability.
