Some Issues of Theory and Practice Concerned with Human Trafficking Resistance in Tajikistan Republic

Abstract

The article dwells on  legal aspects of human  trafficking, such issues as analysis of the normative base of Tajikistan Republic on the problem, elicitation of drawbacks,  suggestions of their obviation being touched upon. The author deals with the essence and peculiarities of the crimes pertaining  to human trafficking disclosure of corpus delicti; she analyzes legislative regulation, adduces statistical data. This type of crime acquired a tendency  towards systematicity for the latest years being a manual  to national security. Such factors are presented as quantity and age of  people vanished on the territory of Tajikistan; administrative-territorial units being mentioned. According to the  official data the number of the crimes in question increased  fo 4% for the last two years. Tajikistan must undertake urgent measures towards  prevention and resistance in reference to human trafficking.
