The article touches upon the issues of investitive attraction in theoretical and applied aspects. The author deals with this problem from the point of view of adaptation of certain approaches to concrete conditions through a modelling of relations between an investor and subjects of economy; he comes to the conclusion that under other equal conditions the principle one for augmentation of investitive attraction for companies is a company`s activity transparence through a systemic publication of information concerned with enterprises. All this, in the author`s opinion, creates conditions for confidential relations between a company and the society; potential investors making their contribution into business as well.
