The article dwells on the issue concerned with modelling of the demand for food stuffs and separate food products being of great importance for population`s living standard rise. Proceeding from the model the author of the article pognosticatis the indices of the development of demands for food stuffs up to 2017; regularities and peculiarites of the demands for food stuffs being taken into account.
